Rob is a Licensed Building Practitioner (LBP) with over 20 years of hands-on building experience. He has built and worked on everything from residential homes to large-scale weathertightness remediation projects for schools and hospitals across Auckland. His background in diagnosing and repairing building envelope issues means he knows exactly where problems tend to hide.
Rob takes a practical, straightforward approach to inspections, providing clear, honest reporting so buyers can make confident, informed decisions.
